AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE AN AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING $10,000.00 TO THE COMMUNITY BRIDGES ORGANIZATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Harrison County may contribute during fiscal year 1999, from any available funds, a sum of money not exceeding Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to the Community Bridges organization. The funds shall be used for the purpose of advertising and bringing into favorable notice the opportunities, possibilities and resources of Harrison County.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
